Job description

CAC Industrial Equipment LTD, a subsidiary of FloWorks International LLC based in Pasadena, Texas, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities
  • Develop customer relationships by identifying needs, informing about products/services, providing solutions, and recommending new products.
  • Handle customer requests via telephone, fax, or email.
  • Coordinate with outside sales and other departments to ensure excellent service.
  • Respond to orders and quotations from various channels.
  • Complete product application feasibility requirements for pump packages, replacement parts, valves, and other heavy-duty products.
  • Provide customer service and technical sales assistance as part of our sales team.
  • Work with vendors to meet production schedules and deliveries.
  • Develop technical documentation such as drawings and datasheets.
  • Manage incoming calls, shipping, and order expediting.
  • Support outside sales personnel.
  • Use Microsoft NAV ERP for entering quotations, sales, purchase, return, and transfer orders.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers via email, phone, and web meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience; certification may be required in some areas, or a Master's degree with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and transfer knowledge.
  • Capability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Willingness to travel within and outside the branch service areas, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Environmental Job Requirements
  • Mostly indoor work in a comfortable environment; infrequent unpleasant conditions.
