We are seeking a skilled BI Reporting Analyst and Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence (BI) solutions that transform data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, with experience in BI tools like MicroStrategy BI and Power BI. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensuring data accuracy and usability.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop, maintain, and optimize BI models, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Support batch processes with familiarity in AutoSys and Unix/Windows scripting.
  2. Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to provide business insights.
  3. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into meaningful reports.
  4. Design and develop PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for data transformation.
  5. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across reporting platforms.
  6. Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  7. Stay updated on BI trends and recommend best practices for reporting and analytics.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  2. Proficiency in BI tools such as MicroStrategy BI and Power BI.
  3. Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake.
  4. Experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix OS.
  5. Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
  6. Experience with scheduling tools like AutoSys.
  7. Understanding of data visualization best practices.
  8. Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases; familiarity with Google Cloud is a plus.
  9. Experience with scripting on Windows/Linux/Unix platforms.
  10. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a background in financial and operational reporting.
