• Create and explain individualized policies.

Job description

We’re looking for enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This position will work with multiple clients throughout the day, providing outstanding service and product knowledge.

Duties :

1. Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility.
2. Dispatch incoming customer phone calls.
3. Accept customer calls and return customer inquiries.
4. Respond to client requests for coverage while representing their best interests.
5. Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
6. Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
