About the Position

Seasonal Operator at the ADM Grain Elevator in Blenheim, Ontario.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Dump and load trucks and railcars
• Assist with grain handling including shipping and receiving of grain commodities, grading procedures, and bin cleanout procedures
• Demonstrate initiative to work independently while being flexible to work in a team setting when needed

Education or Work Experience

• High school education or equivalent

Additional Information

• History of working safely and promoting safety improvement efforts
• Work in accordance with local/provincial legislation
• Understand and are accountable for full compliance with safety and other EHS requirements
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Able to meet physical requirements, including prolonged standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and at heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in various conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.)
• Willing to work overtime, shift work, and weekends if needed
• Must have authorization and ability to legally work in Canada
• Relocation support is not available for this position
