Job Description:

We are seeking a GS&P Project Coordinator Co-op. In this role, you will coordinate project activities and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and monitoring progress against targets. Your responsibilities include researching, gathering information, summarizing data, maintaining and updating project trackers, developing formal project documentation, building relationships with internal and external partners, and leveraging organizational skills to drive successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the Category Management team in delivering regional and global sourcing events, including administration and analysis.
  • Assist with project start-up and closure tasks, including contract coordination and status updates.
  • Develop plans and schedules to ensure resource utilization and project completion.
  • Review and update activities within the Project tracker (Sievo), collaborating closely with the Category Management team.
  • Develop and distribute formal project documentation to key stakeholders.
About You
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in project coordination or office administration.
  • Pursuing post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage details, prioritize, and multi-task under limited supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
