Job Description:

We’re looking for a GS&P Project Coordinator Co-op. In this role, you will coordinate all project activities and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and monitoring progress against targets. You will research, gather information, and summarize data, while maintaining and updating project trackers. This position offers the opportunity to develop formal project documentation, build relationships with internal and external partners, and leverage your organizational skills to drive successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the Category Management team in delivering regional and global sourcing events across assigned categories, including sourcing administration and event analysis support.
  • Assist with project start-up and close-off tasks; support contract coordination as required; communicate project status updates to the category management team.
  • Help develop plans and schedules to ensure full utilization of resources for project completion.
  • Review and update activities within the project tracker (Sievo), working closely with the Category Management team.
  • Develop and distribute formal project documentation to key stakeholders for all projects.
About You:
  • Minimum one (1) year of related experience in project coordination or office administration.
  • Pursuing post-secondary education in Business Management or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage details, prioritize, multitask, and work independently under time pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to perform effectively in a collaborative environment and build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office applications — Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
