Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic platform trailers and multi-wheel hammock trailers with steering dollies.
• Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and report deficiencies.
• Operate loading / unloading equipment as required.
• Follow daily schedules set by Dispatch.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and timely.
• Comply with transportation regulations and local laws.
• Maintain clean and organized trucks.
• Navigate customer sites and adapt to daily changes.
• Follow safety rules and requirements.
• Communicate effectively, both written and oral.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

• Valid Class 5 license with a clean driver’s abstract; Commercial Driver’s License is an asset.
• 3-5 years of experience operating hydraulic platform and multi-wheel hammock trailers.
• Experience loading / offloading cargo with hydraulic suspension systems.
• Availability for rotational shifts, overtime, and extended travel (long haul).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Ability to navigate customer sites and adapt to changing work scopes.
• Cross-border driving experience into / out of the USA is an asset.
