Your impact

It takes a great team to deliver environmental projects that clean up our communities and improve natural resources. This includes those who coordinate travel and equipment for field workers.

As a Field Equipment Coordinator, you will support various field programs by performing tasks such as resolving issues and communicating with internal customers. You will also assist with administrative tasks, including processing internal billing, data entry, filing, inventory control, tracking, and follow-up with staff regarding equipment and vehicle requests across Canada. You will work independently with support from our Calgary Office team and other locations across Canada to deliver small equipment requests and vehicles, and pick up items from vendors and suppliers. This position starts as a 6-month contract with potential extension or transition to a full-time role based on workload.

You will maintain high standards of customer service, handling requests via phone and email requiring quick turnaround. You will learn shipping and receiving processes of different delivery companies. If you're ready for the challenge, we want you on our team to help lay the foundation for human progress.

We value collaboration and believe in-person interactions are vital for our culture and client delivery. Our hybrid working policy allows employees to split their workweek between offices and remote locations to perform at their best.
