Adjuster
We are currently looking to add experienced Adjusters to our team! This role can be performed in a HYBRID environment.

Responsibilities
The Adjuster actively adjusts claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized. This involves marketing and follow-up of opportunities in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, Bodily Injury claims.
- University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Adjuster’s license or currently pursuing CIP designation.
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- Ongoing commitment to education and learning.
- Effective analytical skills, including cause and effect analysis.
- Good investigative skills.
- Ability to draw valid conclusions and communicate them effectively.
- Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical calculations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, including listening, interviewing, and negotiating.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities.
- Proactive and positive customer service approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with conflict and difficult situations.
- Commitment to ongoing education and learning.
