Qualifications and Experience:

• University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with auto claims;
• Adjuster’s license or current pursuit of CIP designation;
• Equivalent education and experience considered;
• Ongoing commitment to education and learning;
• Effective analytical skills, including cause and effect analysis;
• Good investigative skills;
• Ability to draw valid conclusions and communicate effectively;
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical calculations;
• Strong written and oral communication skills, adaptable to audience;
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks;
