Join our Harris' dynamic Cognera team as a Software Product Manager and lead the development of innovative software solutions across three distinguished brands in the utilities sector. Your role will encompass the full product lifecycle management, from conceptualization to market launch, ensuring our products meet the complex demands of international deregulated energy markets. With a focus on interpreting industry standards and customer needs, you will craft detailed user stories and requirements to shape the future of our software portfolio.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US in the CST timezone. This role requires travel up to 5% between Canada and the US. A valid passport is required.

What your impact will be :

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with market insights, competitive landscape, customer input, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature sets, prioritize development, and ensure the delivery of superior products.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our offerings are cutting-edge and fulfill market demands.
• Partner with sales to refine product narratives, pricing strategies, and market entry plans.
• Work with customer success teams to integrate user feedback into product enhancements and monitor engagement and satisfaction levels.
• Uphold regulatory and industry standards compliance for our utility-focused software products.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and inform decision-making.

What we are looking for :

• 3+ years of complex software product management experience.
• Familiarity with customer care and billing solutions.
• Energy and utility experience in deregulated markets is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and leadership capabilities.
• Robust analytical skills and a proven ability to manage projects.
• Self-starter with the capacity to excel in a fast-paced setting.
• A successful history of launching and growing software products.
• Knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
• Openness to travel as business needs dictate.
