The Role

As a key member of our team, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for the daily duties in the front desk department. This includes greeting guests, check-in and check-out, and providing high-level guest service. The Front Desk Agent will handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, work effectively as part of a team, and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Your contributions to the team include:

1. Welcoming guests and providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
2. Checking out guests and building post-stay relationships.
3. Handling guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and hospitality.
4. Ensuring guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
5. Having strong knowledge of resort facilities, local attractions, and events to offer personalized experiences.
6. Receiving packages and messages accurately and timely.
7. Following department policies, procedures, and service standards.
8. Using computer software to assist with check-in/out and transactions.
9. Collaborating with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
10. Maintaining awareness of emergency and safety procedures.
11. Providing coverage for Night Audit shifts when required.
12. Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of guest service experience.
2. Preferably 1 year of hospitality experience.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Willingness to learn new skills.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Self-motivated and positive team player.
7. High attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in computer software.
