Job description

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and strategic financial planning to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

1. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements.
2. Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
3. Manage relationships with external auditors and oversee the audit process.
4. Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts.
5. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts.
6. Provide variance analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed.
7. Design and implement robust internal control systems.
8. Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
9. Collaborate with senior management on long-term financial planning.
10. Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct financial due diligence.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• CPA designation or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant role.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with multi-company and intercompany transactions.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
