Adecco is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in our client's London, ON location. This role offers a competitive annual salary of $72,000 and provides the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in ensuring cost-effective and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in inventory control, team management, customer service, and health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure effective and cost-efficient operations by managing inventory control, optimizing branch layout, controlling product flow, completing warranty inspections, and processing scrap transactions.
• Support sales operations by ensuring accurate and timely order processing, addressing escalated customer concerns, escalating issues to the Head Office when necessary, maintaining customer relationships, and preparing sales documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the warehouse team by setting performance expectations, conducting appraisals, addressing training needs, coaching, distributing work, ensuring adherence to company conduct guidelines, and participating in recruitment and problem resolution.
• Ensure a safe and efficient working environment by maintaining equipment, promoting good housekeeping practices, and adhering to safety regulations and health protocols.
• Track and report KPIs, build strong relationships with the Head Office, and coordinate support where required for effective operations.

Requirements :

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• Proven experience in warehouse or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience with KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• A solid understanding of inventory control processes and customer service operations.
• Experience in a similar managerial role within a warehouse or logistics environment is essential.
