The University of Wisconsin-Madison seeks a Researcher III to oversee clinical research projects, ensuring milestones are met. This part-time role involves training staff, analyzing data, and providing operational guidance. A Master's degree and extensive experience in clinical trials are preferred.
This position will oversee the implementation and operational management of complex clinical research projects, contributing to protocol development, staff training, and communication of findings. It will also provide supervisory leadership and resource planning to ensure research milestones are met on time and within scope.

-At least 10 years of related experience, preferably within the UW-Madison system and with direct experience in clinical trials involving psilocybin or other controlled substances.
Part Time: 50% - 60%
This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location.
Terminal, 12 month appointment.
This position has the possibility to be extended or converted to an ongoing appointment based on need and/or funding
Minimum $79,404 ANNUAL (12 months)

This position has been identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial caregiver check to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years.
University sponsorship is not available for this position, including transfers of sponsorship and TN visas. The selected applicant will be responsible for ensuring their continuous eligibility to work in the United States (i.e. a citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, a foreign national authorized to work in the United States without the need of an employer sponsorship) on or before the effective date of appointment.
