Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in reliability engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience and will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources to predict equipment failures and guide the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data Analysis : Analyze static, transactional, and cascading data obtained from assets to predict equipment or unit failures.
2. Alarm Evaluation : Assess alarms from pressure transmitters and other devices to determine if they indicate real issues or faulty equipment.
3. Trend Analysis : Develop, monitor, and interpret trends from multiple data streams, including P&IDs, operational data, and CMMS data.
4. Reliability Assessment and Studies : Assess equipment functionality based on available data and provide reliability evaluations.
5. Criticality Assessment : Evaluate the criticality of equipment failures and recommend measures to prevent production losses.
6. Maintenance Guidance : Communicate findings and trends to the maintenance team and suggest necessary actions.
7. AI Integration : Utilize AI tools and the Asset Information Factory to enhance data analysis and generate insights.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in reliability engineering.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and trend monitoring.
• Ability to interpret and integrate data from multiple systems.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to the maintenance team.
• Proficiency in using AI tools and data analysis software.
