Join Our Dynamic Sales Agency

Responsibilities
  1. Accelerate account growth and drive revenue to support regional and national expansion.
  2. Serve as the go-to-market and account expert for client executives and the internal sales team.
  3. Lead a high-performing team of Sales Consultants supporting designated accounts.
  4. Analyze the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to forecast growth accurately.
  5. Identify and engage new potential accounts to increase market penetration and exceed sales targets.
  6. Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing and referral generation.
  7. Execute sales strategies to generate new revenue through prospecting, lead generation, and cross-selling.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and consumer behaviors.
  9. Share updates with the Sales Department and internal executives.
  10. Use strategic leadership to inspire change, drive performance, and develop sales professionals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a client-facing role.
  • Leadership, mentorship, or coaching experience focused on building high-performance teams.
  • Ability to positively influence others through compassion, empathy, and accountability.
  • Futuristic mindset with the ability to set and achieve realistic targets.
  • Reputation for decisiveness and dedication to achieving goals.
