We are currently searching for a committed and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to become a member of our team. The perfect candidate should have outstanding communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to perform well in a dynamic setting. This position requires interacting with potential and new clients by utilizing effective communication to establish long-lasting connections and offering purchase support through various mediums such as face-to-face interactions, phone conversations, and email correspondence.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the clients' products and services
  • Effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing information to customers
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions using our CRM software
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, upgrades, and account setup
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution
  • Assist with sales-related administrative tasks as needed
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the overall customer service experience

Customer Service Assistant Requirements :

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
