The Role:

As our Business Development Manager, you will drive new business and maintain existing relationships with brands in a variety of industries, with a keen focus on CPG. You will aim to meet and exceed sales targets, develop and implement seamless project management systems, work collaboratively with the Good Weekend Creative team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional value and achieve their marketing goals.

Your Impact:

  • Prospect and generate leads through pitching and networking.
  • Nurture and convert new clients that meet Good Weekend Creative criteria.
  • Understanding client needs and Good Weekend Creative services and developing proposals.
  • Assist with new client onboarding and project management.
  • Support Good Weekend Creative external marketing and networking efforts (partnerships, sales plans).
  • Monitor and report on sales revenue, client acquisition, market share.
  • Assist with client management (current client projects, upsells, renewals).
  • Help to create and implement SOPs that pertain to project management.
  • Assist the team in developing offers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing, CPG and consumer brand trends.
