We are seeking a talented and experienced Communications Manager to join our team in Toronto for a 1-year contract.
The purpose of this role is to develop and execute impactful communication strategies that build the Great Gulf brand, enhance organizational culture, and drive employee engagement — with every program aligned to Great Gulf’s strategic objectives. This includes creating clear and concise messaging across multiple channels for employees, shareholders, and strategic advisors, as well as external communications that strengthen brand reputation, support media and PR initiatives, and reinforce Great Gulf’s market positioning. Responsibilities also involve managing employer branding, collaborating with stakeholders for insights, analyzing communication effectiveness, and continuously refining the program to promote a transparent and integrated organizational culture — keeping everyone well-informed, aligned, and connected to our shared purpose.
