This is an opportunity for both permanent and temporary employment.

Salary ranges from $78,017 to $103,279, plus an annual Correctional Service Specific Duty Allowance of $2,140 and an annual allowance of $3,000.

OPEN TO STUDENTS CLOSE TO GRADUATION

Students completing their degree in a field related to understanding and assessing human behavior by May 30, 2025, or with a recognized degree and acceptable correctional experience by that date, are encouraged to apply.

Education

Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field related to understanding and assessing human behavior, or with correctional experience.

Foreign credentials must be accompanied by proof of Canadian equivalency.

Experience
  • Experience in assessing human behavior.
  • Experience in interviewing, motivating, counseling, making referrals, or identifying intervention needs, with at least three months of well-defined role experience.
