This company is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, specializing in the development, construction, and operation of large-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects. They also focus on hydrogen energy, offering clean hydrogen production and storage solutions. Additionally, they provide services for smaller-scale solar systems, energy storage, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and asset optimization for energy projects.This role sits at the intersection of compliance, coaching, and culture—offering a meaningful opportunity to shape how safety and sustainability are practiced on the ground. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll act as a trusted advisor across projects, helping teams stay aligned with regulatory and internal standards while promoting a work environment where people feel safe, supported, and empowered.
