Role and Facility Information

There is an opening to take over, build your own practice or bring your practice with you to our team-based clinic in the heart of North Vancouver. We are a physician-owned and managed facility with strong collegial support and lots of opportunities for additional competencies training and teaching.

You Will Have

• Potential equity-based incentives for physicians to migrate their practice into our network
• Support for transferring patient records, EMR training, assistance with EMR migration costs, and addressing financial obligations related to moving practices

We offer free training and support from our Physician Success Team to ensure a positive experience within the Well network, assisting you in building or taking over a patient panel.

You can choose a combination of virtual and office hours at your convenience, thriving in a friendly, supportive environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal physician provides full-scope family practice full-time, with optional walk-in components. We will facilitate a smooth transition of your practice, offering flexible hours and schedule autonomy.

Average Monthly Overhead Agreement : Billing split – 70 / 30

• FFS) or 75 / 25 on a new LFP model.
• Access to 2 exam rooms during in-office shifts, with a total of 10 exam rooms available
• Shared office space
• EMR systems : OSCAR and Cortico

Hours

Flexible, with options for combining virtual and in-office hours according to your preference.

Hospital and ER Department Shifts

Not required as part of community or clinic expectations.

Special Services

Family Practice, Pain Management, Skin Care Centre (by referral only)

On-Call Arrangement

Rotational, with low-volume calls via clinic phone and easy access to patient charts.

Staff

Current team includes 12 physicians (part-time and full-time), a podiatrist, two office managers, and 10 MOAs.

Using OSCAR EMR; no paper charts involved.
