Job summary

Metrolinx is seeking a Manager, Bus Operations to provide technical leadership for the GO Transit Bus Network in the East Region. You will oversee planning, implementation, and operations to meet on-time performance and service quality goals.

You will recruit, train, and manage resources for new services and BRT initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety and customer satisfaction across a large team within a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and direction in operating a comprehensive bus transit network.
• Experience guiding large teams and complex operations.
• Ability to manage budgets and align with corporate goals.
