Job summary

North Eastern Ontario Family and Children's Services (NEOFACS) is seeking an EarlyON Worker in Timmins to implement and deliver community-based programming for infants, children, youths, families and caregivers. The role includes promoting services and delivering both in-person and virtual programs as required.

Ideal candidates hold an ECE or CYW diploma (or related experience), have strong group facilitation and interpersonal skills, and possess a G2 license with access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Requires ECE or CYW diploma or related Human Services experience.
• Knowledge of child development, parenting tools, nutrition
• Excellent group facilitation and communication skills, strong time management

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver community-based programming for infants to families in the EarlyON program.
• Promote agency services to participants and the public; deliver in-person or virtual programming as required.
