Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Canada is seeking a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker to support shipping, receiving, and storage activities in a fast-paced environment. You will move merchandise, stage pallets, and uphold safety while promoting our culture and inclusive values.

Candidates should be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs, have strong customer service instincts, and be available for early morning shifts. Forklift license is a plus or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced distribution environments or similar settings.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking long periods.
• Previous warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
• Forklift license is a nice-to-have, or willingness to learn.
• Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to juggle priorities.
• Good rapport-building and teamwork abilities.
• Results-driven with a proactive mindset.
• Team player but capable of working solo when needed.
• Committed to inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
• Available for early morning shifts (2:00 AM–12:00 PM).

What you'll need to have

• You're energized by an early start and are available to work flexible early morning shifts times between 2:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon), helping prepare the store so our customers can enjoy a great IKEA experience every day.
