Job Description: The Warehouse Associate’s position is a physical fast-paced and labor-intensive role within a warehouse environment that involves sorting/stocking packages as well as loading and unloading them into and out of UPS package delivery vehicles and trailers.

Job Type: Part-Time - Permanent. Work Location: 2900 Steeles Ave W, Concord, ON L4K3S2. Workdays: Monday to Friday-1 a.m. to 6 a.m. Shift Duration: 3-5 hours per day *(Flexibility is required with both the start and finish times). **All Applicants must work a minimum 25 hrs/week.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Load and Unload packages into package delivery vehicles

Compensation and Benefits

• $18.50/hr. / automatic progression as per the existing Union Collective Agreement.
• Unionized position with automatic progression as per the existing Union Collective Agreement (top rate of $36.53/hr. after 48 months of service)
• Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per semester (subject to eligibility, program approval, and satisfactory academic performance)

Expenses/Working Conditions

• Monthly union dues (approximately $52/month)
• A union initiation fee of $50 (will be deducted after completing 90 working days with UPS)
