The ideal candidate will provide support under guidance from an Early Childhood Educator and ensure the well-being of students. Responsibilities include nurturing appropriate behavior and assisting with various program objectives. A high school diploma and relevant certifications are required.

Early Learning Assistant - REGULAR
Overview
Summary : Working under the direction of the Early Childhood Educator, the Early Learning Assistant (Extended Day Program) assists in the provision of childcare to students after school (including professional activity day and school break periods); enhancing child-based play; encouraging and guiding, and modeling appropriate behaviour techniques. Performs other duties to support the overall objectives and goals of the program. A working knowledge of English is required.
Required Qualifications
19.79 - $24.84 + 4% vacation pay / hour
