A leading organization is seeking Early Developmental Support Workers to provide essential services to children facing challenges in a childcare environment. The role involves working flexible hours, engaging with diverse groups, and ensuring effective integration into programs. Candidates should have relevant educational backgrounds and strong interpersonal skills. This is a contract position with a defined duration, aimed at fostering developmental support.
Linck Child, Youth & Family Supports (“Linck”) is seeking four (4) contract, full-time (70 hours bi-weekly) Early Developmental Support Worker(s). The positions will commence on June 23, 2025, and conclude on August 29, 2025.

Incumbents may be scheduled in any of these shifts or a combination of them. The worker will provide preventative and intervention services to children in a childcare environment to support children with physical, cognitive, behavioural, or emotional challenges, aiding their integration into the childcare program. Travel to various licensed childcare locations throughout the municipality of Chatham-Kent may be required.
Salary Range: Pay Grid 9, $22.38—$28.43 per hour.
