Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Early Learning and Child Care (Level 2 or 3) or equivalent.
• Current Child Intervention Record Check.
• Current Criminal Record Check (including vulnerable sector).
• Valid First Aid certification.
• Experience working in an early childhood or school-age care setting.

Responsabilités

• Support leadership, management, and delivery of Care to Learn programs across sites.
• Assist in implementing program philosophy, policies, and procedures consistently.
• Supervise Care to Learn staff and maintain confidentiality.
• Support day-to-day operational, administrative, and HR tasks.
• Promote ongoing professional learning and staff development.
• Maintain familiarity with NLPS program philosophies, policies, and procedures.
