Job summary

Kepler Academy is seeking Early Childhood Educators for our St. Albert location. You will guide children from infant care through after-school programs, delivering developmentally appropriate activities in a safe, nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for children and commitment to ongoing learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and staff.
• Knowledge of Alberta provincial childcare regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities to support physical, cognitive, emotional and social development.
• Organize and implement programs for children from infancy to out-of-school care.
• Document progress and discuss developments with parents and staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean and healthy classroom environment.
• Collaborate with coworkers and external providers to support children’s needs.
• Assist with diapering, handwashing and routine care as required.
