Kids & Company in West Kelowna, BC, is looking for an Early Childhood Educator - IT to join our team. The position is full time with an hourly wage of CA$24.00 to CA$26.00.

You will support young children’s growth and development in a dynamic centre environment designed to foster creativity and learning. Responsibilities include documentation, curriculum implementation, health and safety checks, and collaboration with specialists.

Competenze

• Valid BC ECE license required.
• Current Criminal Record Check.
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR certification.
• Up-to-date immunizations.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
• Implement an Emergent Curriculum.
• Support children's emotional, physical, and behavioural well-being.
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Complete attendance records and health & safety checks.
