We are currently looking for ECEs, ITs, SNs, and ECEA staff for our locations. Competitive wages include the BC Government ECE Wage Enhancement (ECEWE) up to $6.00/hour plus an experience premium based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid BC ECE, IT, SN, or ECEA certification.
• Valid Emergency Child Care First Aid Certificate.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is a strong asset.
• Experience working in a licensed childcare setting is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational programs.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Early Childhood Educator (ECE / IT / SN / ECEA)

Khalsa Childcare Centre is seeking passionate, caring, and dedicated educators to join our growing team. If you are committed to providing high-quality early learning in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Currently we are looking for ECE’s, IT’s for our different locations.

Base Hourly Wage

• Early Childhood Educator (ECE): $20.50/hour
• Infant Toddler Educator (IT)/Special Needs Educator (SN): $22.50/hour
• ECE Assistant (ECEA): $18.50/hour

Plus an experience premium of up to $2.00/hour, based on experience.

BC Government ECE Wage Enhancement (ECEWE)

Eligible ECE-certified educators receive the BC Government Early Childhood Educator Wage Enhancement (ECEWE) of up to $6.00/hour, in addition to their base wage.
