Job summary

BrightPath Kids Maple Ridge is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to implement BrightPath’s curriculum and foster the development of young learners in a caring classroom setting.

The role is full-time in Maple Ridge, BC, with no evening or weekend shifts and a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and ongoing professional development. Compensation includes competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• ECE certificate required.
• Must meet provincial requirements for childcare employment.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a program in line with BrightPath’s curriculum that supports the development of children.
• Maintaining an environment that protects the well-being of children.
• Assessing the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress with parents and other staff.
• Establishing collaborative relationships with co-workers, management, and families.
• Attending staff meetings and professional development opportunities as necessary.
• Working to maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
