Job description

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Creating and implementing program plans in a preschool environment.
2. Creating documentation.
3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment.
4. Being a team player with a positive attitude.

6. Having good communication skills (oral and written).
7. Being comfortable working with children of all ages.
8. Building good relationships with children, parents, and co-workers.

Required Skills

Must be certified by the PEI Child Care Board. An Early Childhood Educator (ECE Level 3) certification is preferred; consideration may be given to an Early Childhood Assistant (Level 2). Required are Criminal Record Check / Vulnerable Sector Check, and First Aid / CPR certification.

Required Experience

Experience is an asset.
