Qualifications and Skills
Experience : Leadership and management experience in education, with at least 1 year in a relevant role.
Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office; ability to multitask and prioritize.
Educational Requirements
A degree from a recognized college or university is required. A Bachelor of Education is an asset but not mandatory.

Reporting and Employment Details
Reporting to the Principal of Campus Operations or as needed.
Position is permanent, full-time (1.0 FTE).
Required training includes FTM1, FTM2, Train the Trainer, and Business Training programs.
Travel up to 5 times a week to different campuses is required.
Work hours are from noon to 8 : 00 PM, up to five days a week.
