Position Overview: Project Managers at On Side manage and oversee all aspects of property restoration after disasters. If you dislike being confined to one place, you'll enjoy visiting different job sites while benefiting from the stability of a local branch office.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Ensuring quality control across all job aspects.
• Owning the job, which reflects your professionalism and dedication.
• Providing superior customer service to property owners, businesses, and families.
• Assessing damage and determining the scope of work.
• Managing and directing restoration staff during disaster remediation efforts, cleaning, packing, rebuilding, and project completion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in the restoration industry.
• Experience with Xactimate software.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willing to work after hours and on weekends.
• Problem-solving and priority management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Clean criminal record.
