About Sanctum:
Sanctum is a visionary off-grid luxury wellness retreat coming soon to the coastal rainforest on Vancouver Island. Rooted in regeneration, reciprocity, and community, Sanctum is designed as a sanctuary for healing, nature connection, creative pursuits, and entrepreneurial transformation. We host immersive retreats, glamping stays, seasonal markets, and nature-based wellness experiences — all grounded in ecological stewardship and Indigenous-informed wisdom.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a mission-driven, heart-led General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help bring the Sanctum vision to life. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a meaningful land-based venture from the ground up. You’ll oversee hospitality, retreat coordination, team leadership, budgeting, and guest experience — while holding deep respect for the ecological, spiritual, and cultural essence of the land.
