Join our Team as an Office Clerk (Receptionist)!

Central Alberta Co-op is seeking a full-time Office Clerk (Receptionist) to be the welcoming face of our organization and provide key support to our administration team. If you excel at creating positive first impressions, managing multiple tasks with ease, and communicating clearly and professionally, we’d be excited to connect with you!
Position: Office Clerk (Receptionist)
Full-time: 40 hours per week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Availability: Weekdays
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Coordinate the distribution of uniforms to various locations.
- Adhere to Central Alberta Co-op's policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the Membership department as needed.
- Assist with data entry for Sales and Accounts Payable audits.
- Complete all duties in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing those of greatest or most immediate importance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Reliable and dependable with a commitment to scheduled shifts.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required.
