Join our Team as an Office Clerk (Sales Audit Clerk)!

Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable individual looking to join a dynamic finance team? Central Alberta Co-op is seeking a full-time Office Clerk (Sales Audit Clerk) to support our administration team with essential financial operations. If you're skilled at managing competing priorities with efficiency and have excellent communication skills, we’d be excited to connect with you!

Position: Office Clerk (Sales Audit Clerk)

Full-time: 40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability: Weekdays

Responsibilities

  • Contribute as a positive, engaged, and productive member of the finance team.
  • Adhere to Central Alberta Co-op's policies and procedures.
  • Audit sales from each location and enter data for cash-ups.
  • Flag and organize charges from locations; organize cash-ups for filing.
  • Complete all duties in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing those of greatest or most immediate importance.
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service to team members and team leaders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Reliable and dependable with a commitment to scheduled shifts.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
