As a key member of the Commercial Finance team, the Commercial Finance Analyst supports the Sales team in contract renewals and RFPs, contributing to the company's profitable growth. Through thorough financial analysis and consistent collaboration, the analyst ensures pricing compliance, process integrity, and strategic insight across all commercial agreements.

- Salary range 004: $71,200 to $89,000 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).
What's involved in this role:- Prepare financial analysis for RFPs and contract renewals, ensure alignment with pricing policies, and manage internal approval workflows.
- Validate the accuracy of data and ensure that commercial terms are properly reflected in SAP.
- Simulate profitability scenarios for customers (new listings, price changes, product launches, inventory clearances) and maintain One Book/Customer Proposal processes.
- Coordinate and execute annual price increases, calculate financial impacts of exception requests, and manage system updates accordingly.
- Update monthly files related to special classes and ingredients, ensuring correct data entry in SAP.
- Maintain Excel-based pricing tools and TPR grids, ensuring data accuracy on prices, costs, and margins.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Admin teams to provide strategic recommendations that support profitable growth.
What you need to join our team:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA designation is an asset.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, autonomy, sound judgment, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a strong asset.
- Strong interest in extended business functions such as cost analysis, logistics, and master data.
