We are looking for positive and team-oriented individual to join our dynamic Customer Care team as a remote team member. Join our Customer Care team make an impact by providing customer front-line excellence support by servicing internal and external clients in the Health Care industry.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8 : 00am – 4 : 00pm.

Receiving incoming calls, investigate issues and respond to customer inquiries related to medical equipment, including parts information; pricing; quotes for repair or exchange; base or extended warranty coverage; availability; replacements / substitutes and expediting shipments
Redirecting complex technical issues to appropriate company team (Technicians, Field Service Representatives, nurses or other appropriate person / department)
Researching, resolving and issue product returns according to policy
Processing parts, service and asset related orders, in accordance with organizational guidelines
Managing government programs with regards to home patients including : inquiries / requests; repairs; exchange units; warranties and weekly inventory replenishment to nurses’ sites
Upholding highest level of support service including thorough understanding of procedures and processes
You’re fluent in French and English, written and oral
You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a Customer Service environment interacting with internal and external customers
You’ve proven multi-tasking and problem resolution ability in a fast paced environment
You’re motivated to learning new software, JD Edwards experience is preferred
You’re meticulous, and excel in interpersonal skills
You’re comfortable working with different computer applications simultaneously
Medical background preferred
Post-Secondary Education preferred
