The Operations Consultant works in partnership with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Service

• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
• Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.

Store Presentation

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
• Support in maintaining SEPHORA's merchandising standards.
• Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.

Merchandising and Operations

• Receive and process shipments promptly.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
• Process transfers, damages, and testers as per standards.
• Check visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure safety and tidiness standards are upheld at all times.
• Report inventory issues to Supervisors or Store Managers.
• Follow sampling policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory control activities.
• Cross-train designated consultants in cashier functions.

EXPECTED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably in stockroom roles.
• Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask while attending to client and business needs.
• Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
