The Global Wealth Management Engineering team is seeking a UI Designer.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  1. Apply human-centered, iterative design-thinking to frame problems, ideate, and create impactful experiences.
  2. Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for seamless user experiences.
  3. Participate in usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs.
  4. Create high-fidelity UI designs and define interaction patterns for visual consistency.
  5. Maintain and evolve the design system, conduct audits, and recommend improvements.
  6. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals and technical constraints.
  7. Prepare packaging requirements for development, including FIGMA assets and behavioral documentation.
  8. Participate in Agile ceremonies and conduct visual QA to ensure quality standards.
  9. Ensure designs adhere to AODA guidelines and inclusive design practices.
  10. Present and explain design concepts and solutions, providing clear rationale.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies.

Skills

We seek candidates with:

  • 2-4 years of product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions.
  • Experience developing and evolving design systems.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
  • Strong UX/UI skills, proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro.
  • Experience with UX research and data analysis.
  • Understanding of maintaining design systems and AODA compliance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • A passion for innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Front-end development knowledge and experience in banking, insurance, or education is a plus.
