A leading company in the mining sector is seeking a Training Supervisor to oversee employee training programs related to Health and Safety. This permanent, full-time role involves planning, implementing, and assessing training initiatives to enhance skills and ensure compliance with regulations. The Training Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing employee training programs related to Health and Safety Programs and equipment. They ensure that training initiatives meet organizational standards and objectives, enhance employee skills, and comply with regulatory requirements. The role involves supervising training staff, coordinating activities, and assessing program effectiveness.
