ROLE OVERVIEW

We seek a Senior UX Designer to collaborate with product management and engineering teams from research and definition through design, prototyping, testing, and implementation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Partnering with product managers, stakeholders, and tech teams to develop and communicate shared visions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Taking accountability for strategic research, design, and user experience decisions on core and new features.
• Leading user research efforts, including qualitative and quantitative methods, and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Managing stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Sharing knowledge and advocating for UX best practices within the organization.

CRITICAL COMPETENCIES:

• Proficiency in wireframing complex user journeys and designing seamless interactions across devices.
• Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes with accessibility considerations.
• Ability to establish and refine design metrics, using A/B testing and feedback to measure UX impact.
• Strong collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and inclusion.
• Expertise in solving complex information architecture problems and making data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Miro.
• Empathy and a learning mindset to understand diverse client needs and deliver engaging designs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• 7+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Miro.
• Experience with SaaS products in healthcare.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
