The Territory Manager will execute solutions provided by 360 Agency across multiple automotive dealership platforms, including but not limited to Web Platform, CRM, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and Desking. The role involves leading end-to-end sales efforts within an assigned customer base or territory, providing feedback on agency capacity and coverage needs. The Territory Manager drives customer lifetime value by developing sales pipelines through frequent client visits and promoting effective partner solutions.

Responsibilities :

  1. Establish new accounts through planning and organizing daily work schedules, including cold calling potential clients (car dealerships).
  2. Customize sales presentations based on dealership types.
  3. Focus sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential dealer needs.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  5. Report activity and results to management via daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual analyses.
  6. Gather marketplace intelligence on competitors’ pricing, products, and services.
  7. Recommend product, service, and policy changes based on results and market developments.
  8. Handle customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and reporting findings to management.
  9. Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking, and participating in professional societies.
  10. Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  11. Contribute to team success by achieving related goals as needed.

Qualifications :

  1. Experience selling to automotive dealerships is advantageous but not mandatory.
  2. 10+ years of core sales, challenger sales, and strategic business development experience.
  3. Basic automotive technical proficiency.
  4. Extensive knowledge of dealership sales optimization strategies.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, comfortable addressing large and small audiences.
  6. Problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution and follow-through.
  7. Experience managing relationships and pipelines.
  8. Comfort with data-driven sales approaches.
  9. Willingness and ability to travel within assigned regions for meetings.
  10. Excellent executive communication skills for diverse audiences.
  11. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations; MBA preferred.
  12. Experience or knowledge of automotive dealerships.
  13. Ability to meet sales targets, experience in B2B sales, and familiarity with CRM tools.
  14. Strong closing, prospecting, negotiation, and territory management skills.
  15. Self-confidence, motivation, and excellent client relationship skills.
  16. Product knowledge and presentation skills.
