About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting services are highly respected. Our ongoing investment in learning and technology ensures our team can deliver a seamless client experience.

As a key member of our Private Assets team, you will collaborate with accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures trusted by our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA is a plus.
• 10+ years of fund accounting experience in Private Equity/Assets Funds, Fund Administration, or similar financial institutions.
• Experience in quality assurance/control within financial services.
• Extensive knowledge of private assets operations, regulations, and accounting standards (US/Canadian GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Effective decision-making and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with FIS Investran is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to develop quick, effective operational solutions.
• Capability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.

Your Role:

The role involves overseeing the development and implementation of quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining high service quality for our private assets clients, while providing tactical solutions to operational challenges.

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement QA/QC strategies and frameworks.
• Lead and mentor quality assurance professionals.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Tactical Solutions & Implementation:

• Design and implement solutions for operational inefficiencies.
• Create workflows, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and escalation protocols.
• Implement real-time monitoring and automated quality checks.
