Position Overview :

We are seeking a partner with strong skills and interest to manage and develop our business relationship with Hydro-Québec in telecommunications. This role involves managing a dedicated technical team and contributing to project development in collaboration with other managers.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Participate in engineering stages of projects, team development, and client relations.
• Draft and monitor service offers with the team.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and prepare or review reports.
• Perform technical calculations, create diagrams, plans, and engineering specifications.
• Review standards, technical guides, and planning documents.
• Contribute to the development of telecommunications network architectures.
• Manage project planning and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Over 10 years of experience in related fields.
• Experience in telecommunications, networking, and electronic systems.
• Experience working on projects with Hydro-Québec.
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
