We are looking for an experienced R Developer for our client. This is a permanent position that is completely remote! Our client is a fintech company based out of Vancouver.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize R (purrr, tidyr, dplyr, tibble, & the tidyverse) for data engineering and data science tasks.
• Work with unstructured data sets, applying strong analytical skills.
• Manage and query relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and non-relational databases including MongoDB.
• Leverage big data services such as Spark, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Collaborate within startup environments (considered a bonus).
• Experience with AWS cloud services (considered a bonus).
